Write a good, brief description

paragraph.

There are some equations on the Net like " Content is King", " Email is Queen" & " Traffic is supreme". Content is undoubtedly King. People who come to your site are information-hungry and it is upto to provide them with the proper information. The best way of doing this is to upload quality content. Search engines love fresh, quality content and quality content will lure traffic to your site.

Suppose 10,000 people bookmark your site. This means that 10,000 people recommend your site and your ranking goes up in Web Democracy.

All users are not equal and it is time to build a great profile. If you are well known as a user who has submitted tons of interesting stories, then highly probable are the chances that what you submit will be noticed. If you bookmark only your articles, it implies that you are indulging in self promotion. CRM is defined as Customer Relationship Management or Customer Relationship Marketing. And Zine Marketing is very important to stay in touch with the customer base !

Mrs Gandhi, the UPA Chairman, commissioned the Sea Link which connects Bandra & Worli in Mumbai. It is an infrastructure marvel, a 4.7 km bridge over the sea, made up of 30,000 tonnes of steel and 90,000 tonnes of Cement.

Trip via this link will save almost one hour of time, during peak hours. A toll of Rs 50 will be levied. It is an 1650 crore project, which took 9 years of time.

Kochi, a fast developing city !

Now that Kochi has become a global business brand, with the entry of the Kochi and Kerala IPL team, let us discuss the development of this Kerala's commercial and computer capital !

More than 50,000 crores investment in Kochi, the ICTT Terminal at Vallarpadam, the LNG Terminal at Puthuvaippin islands, means that this Tier II City is developing fast. An IPL franchise means that Kochi and Kerala will be marketed worldwide, enhancing the business prospects of this Queen of the Arabian Sea.
The first train came to Vallarpadam yesterday from Edappilly. It is a 350 crore railway line, 8.2 kms in length, which was more or less inaugurated yesterday.

The 4.62 km railway bridge, the longest in India, was just completed now.

The Cochin Stock Exchange is famous. Kochi has a good seaport and airport, which are needed for development. Only it lacks a racecourse. Something around the lines of

What Kochi needs is a Kempton Park. Kochi exports spices, rubber etc. There will be a surge of exports, as marketing gets beefed up !

My trip to the International Transhipment Terminal !

I celebrated the Hindu New Year with a trip to Vallarpadam.I was accompanied by my friend, Ajith, who is the Devaswom Auditor.  From High Court Junction, we took a bus to Vallarpadam. First it traversed Bolgatty Island and then we reached Vallarpadam. We went to the Vallarpadam Church, which was neatly mainatined. Work is still in progress at the ICTT and then we took a bus to Vypeen Island, where a 60,000 crore investment is in the offing. We took a bus to Munambam harbour and the bus traversed Cherai, Nayarambalam, Jnarakkal etc.These islands are connected by the Goshree Bridges and GIDA ( Goshree Islands Development Authority ) is in charge of all projects.

Along with the 30,000 cr investment in Kochi, another 100,000 cr INR is in the offing.

We had a plan to go to Vypeen Jetty and then take a boat to Ernakulam mainland, but then we abandoned it as we reached Munambam. From Munambam Boat Jetty, we took a boat to Azheekode, which is just 5 kms from Kodungalloor. From Kodungalloor, I came back to Trichur.

Within one year the ICTT will be operational. We saw the 8.82 km railway route, from Edappilly. The Puthuvaippin LNG Terminal will be operational by 2012.

These, then, are the Triad of Web Marketing. With the website, you can have an online presence. A dotcom can market your info products. The blog should be informative with links to your website. The Ezine will reach out to readers and is essential in Relationship Marketing. You will be in touch with your client base.

If you write articles in the Ezine, you can position yourself as an expert and this is Intellectual Marketing.

More intellectual marketing strategies have been outlined in my site, Marketing Educate.

You have do Search Engine Optimisation for your site, if your site is to be visibile in the Search Engines. You can find out the relevant keywords for your site, using WordTracker. Once you find the relevant keywords, you should use the keywords in your articles, your blogs, your headlines and meta tags. That way your sites and blogs will be visible on the Search Engines.

You can do Social Media Optimisation also. You should create accounts in MySpace, Facebook, Twitter etc and write in those blogs.

Once you have got sites and blogs going, it is time to create a quality Ezine. You should create an Ezine and send it to subscribers, monthly. You can get subscribers by requesting them to subscribe for your Zine in your site.

These three, Site, Blog and Zine are the threefold marketing techniques. Every man possesses Knowledge and you have to Make Your Knowledge Sell. Then only can you live.

A blog post of 200 words can be posted onto your blog. You can create blogs on Blogger. They are free. Three such posts can be converted into articles and fed to the Article Directories.

Optimising blogs is known as Blogtimisation. Making money with blogs is known as Blog Monetisation or Blognetisation.

You can create accounts with Google Adsense and put their ads on to your blogs and sites. Once clients click on these ads, you get enough compensation to write !

The pen is mightier than the sword. Now with the advent of the Net, this old saying is a reality. You have global access with the Net and it is now time for Global Marketing !

You should give links to your sites and blogs in your articles and posts. That way your sites and blogs will get the much needed exposure.

You can add videos for your blog posts and sites. You get free videos from Youtube. Search Youtube for any subject and you get videos on that subject. Videos are educational and enhances the quality of your sites and blogs.

Preaching about Intellectual Marketing is easy but the implementation is difficult. One has to take great pains to do research in any subject and research takes a lot of time. One has write on many topics, proof read the articles and then post them to our sites and blogs. One has to show high patience and perseverance to succeed.
